Water shutting off/stopping (neptune solo)

after running my shower (neptune solo 8.5kw) it started to cut out shutting off the water after around 2 minutes of use and eventually stopped all together after a few days. I emailed the 'doctor' and was well informed that 'this' part most likely would need replacing,I ordered the part and replaced following the very helpfull video provided and everything is back to normal with my shower! couldnt be happier! many thanks!
