GX35 Hydroplast catridge

I have a customer with a leaking tap which contains a Gx35 cartridge. The tap in question has a "joystick" lever. Will this part be suitable?

If it is the same cartridge there should be no problem , even with a joy stick lever.

Yeah, that's why i sent you the picture, for you to confirm to me that it is the correct item. Does yours have the same writing on it as mine?

We do not have one in stock and no other pictures of this cartridge that shows the writing.

If the diagrams on the link do not help you identify the cartridge as the same as the one you have then we cannot help. Sorry.

I see, i have attached a picture of the complete tap, does this help identify whether your cartridge will fit?
If i order the cartridge, but then find it does not fit the tap, can i return it for a full refund?

Sadly this is not the correct cartridge. I have looked on hydro plast website and evidently they offer a "joystick" version of the GX35, this is the one i need. I will post this one back to you, do i need to quote a returns number? Can you let me know price & availability of the "joystick" version.

Yes it looks like the same cartridge, all the cartridge dimensions are available in the images below the main photo, the only thing I am concerned with is the adaptor that goes from the cartridge to the lever but I guess you can reuse the original.

If all else fails then you can return for a full refund as long as the cartridge is in resealable condition
