Hot water only from Trevi Therm 300 shower
The shower just gives really hot water. Turning it to the coldest possible stops flow. A plumber fitted a new thermostatic cartridge but that didn't help.
I am looking at the gear wheel side now.
When I manually turn the left hand side, hot water comes out and pressure is good.
The right one turns - I don't think the gear is stripped, but there is very little pressure.
What should i try next?
Switch over the flow valves and see if the shower only gives cold water. This will show if the flow valve is the problem.
