Replacement Shower Head Holder

Can u advise if these are available to purchase or if I would need to purchase the rail as well as this part has broken in my shower to hold the shower head.

Measuring through the centre of your shower rail outside edge to outside edge, will give its diameter and you can use this to find the correct size when choosing a slider bracket which will fit.
