This question is regarding Ideal Standard Idealrain 100mm rain shower with angled arm (Chrome)

I have a trevi 3 function low pressure chromium plated fixed overhead shower - I would like to replace it with same part but have been told that it's obsolete and that B9436AA is the nearest part? Could you suggest something more similar please? Regards Pam
