Trevi shower never hot

Hello, my Wife has just tried to change our shower head on our Trevi shower, and the water wouldn't heat up......



Just found this thread elsewhere.......

Would this shower head sort out the above problem? Would we need a Trevi hose to go with it?

You should check that the filters on the thermostatic cartridge are clear and there is hot water to the shower.
