769 Monoblock Leaking Hot Water

Hi, Tap runs hot after use and will only stop dripping by selecting and running lots of cold water until body of tap is cold then selecting off with a slamming action. Tap then does not drip. It is definitely getting worse will a new cartridge fix this? Are all spares available for this job? Is a new tap assembly available?

It does sound like the cartridge is faulty.

There are a few taps that this fits in, see the bottom of the link page,

but I do not know if the whole item is still available.
