Trevi Moonshadow replacement

Hi do you sell this shower head with a female attachment point? This is exactly like our current shower head but ours does not have the brass join, see the attached photo of our current one THanks

I think the brass part will unscrew from the head and it is likely that the brass part from your existing head is still screwed into your existing shower arm.
