This question is regarding Ideal Standard Trevi Therm Cartridge - A963068NU

Ideal standard Trevi shower pre 1998

Hi I have recently moved to a new home built in 1996 and from what I can gather has a Ideal Standard Trevi dual control shower fitted. It has a problem over being hot enough in winter on the highest setting. I think the valve A963068NU may be the culprit but lack the skill and knowledge to replace it. Can you help please? I attach a photo that looks just like the unit

The filters on the cartridge maybe blocked. Or the cartridge maybe faulty.
