This question is regarding Ideal Standard/Trevi Wall Outlet Elbow (Chrome) - E4705AA

Trevi E4205 chrome wall elbow

I need to replace this elbow. Is it possible to obtain an exact replacement? If not, is there a later “part” that I can use?

I can't find the E4205 on our Data base however the the E4705 is the standard Trevi wall outlet the 4705 should be able to replace anything you have at the moment.
