This question is regarding Ideal Standard Wittlich 3/4"" Thermostatic Cartridge D 08 - S960134nu

Constant Drip

I have Identified the shower we have to be this one. The shower constantly leaks (From shower head).



I have replaced the 'o' rings around the 1/4 turn valves, just in case it was that.



But when i turn the heat (Thermostatic) mixer to hot, it activates the shower, into full hot flow.



What could be causing this? I did not remove the Thermostatic Cartridge, is there an 'o' ring on this too?

Regarding the dripping problem this will be caused by faulty flow cartridges which will need replaced.

If the new flow cartridges don’t solve the problem then it is just possible that you will have to replace the gears and clutches.
