Replacement of a cartridge

Has this cartridge replaced A923368? I have a shower that keeps leaking water and I know the cartridge is bad. But the only number I find on it is A923368 POM but for some reason I can not find it anywhere. Im assuming that it has been replaced with a dfferent part but can't find anything showing that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
