Trevi shower - very small temperature adjustment range available now

Hi My Trevi shower is now very difficult to regulate the temperature. Rotating it 1mm at a time produces a massive temperature variance. To hit the sweet spot of not too hot or too cold is difficult. What do i need to strip down or replace? PS photo is at 90degrees to actual (thermostatic valve is at bottom

This is the part that you may need. The back of the cartridge plastic cross may be broken.
