Thermostat replacement

We had a bar shower fitted 2 years ago and it looks like the thermostat needs replacing. We have the installation manuals, but do not have the model numbers and the closest we can find on your website is INTA-10017, Inta Thermostatic Cartridge. Can you tell if this is a fairly universal replacement part. References on our manuals are - shower IS04 10 006 V1.0, and on the bar IS05 08 007 V1.0

There are no universal replacement parts when it comes to thermostatic cartridges for showers.

If you can send a of photo of the valve with the knobs and covers removed, so we can see the top part of the cartridge then there is a better chance of us identifying it and if it is possible a photo of the cartridge itself as this will give us a better chance still of identifying the manufacturer.
