This question is regarding Lefroy Brooks Dual Control - Shower Spares

No water

Hi, when turned on there is a slow amount of water getting through which is very hot, as soon as you try and mix cold water nothing comes out, the on/off control feels spongy but working, could it be the temp cartridge is playing up? also how do you remove the temp cartridge, i cant see any grub screws or sir clips or anything

The filters on the cartridge could be blocked or the cartridge faulty.

There maybe a screw beneath the bezel on the handle. The cartridge just screws off.
