Matki Shower

Dear Shower Doc My customers Matki Shower (see image attached) won't quite switch off. Would we need a new flow cartridge Please? If so, can you tell from the image which one is needed? Hope to hear from you soon Yours faithfully, Chris Moreton

If you can send a photo of the valve then there is a good chance we will be able to ID it. If you can send a of photo of the valve with the knobs and covers removed, so we can see the top part of the cartridge then there is a better chance of us identifying it and if it is possible a photo of the cartridge itself as this will give us a better chance still of identifying the manufacturer.

Dear (Shower Doctor) Barrie
Attached, 7 pictures of the shower valve. The spindle has 20 splines and is threaded to take the extension to which the knob is secured. In sequence, the pictures show the complete Matki shower unit as it is dismantled - ending with a couple of shots of the ceramic cartridge itself. A pound coin and a ruler give an idea of scale.
I'd be very grateful if you could identify the cartridge and supply me with a replacement please...

Matki do not make showers but use other manufacturers parts within theirs , so this maybe a suitable cartridge,

Barrie is off with a bad back at the moment! However there is no problem with returning the cartridge as long as it is un damaged.
