Temperature Problems

I have a Ricmond/Meynell safemix V6 recessed mixer shower. The serial number on the inside of the control knob is 104445. Suddenly temp is only now luke warm. There is not a problem with the water supply. I tried the commissioning adjustments detailed in the manual but made no difference.I can see that there are many parts that can be ordered. In your opinion which part needs to be replaced. Any advice appreciated.
