This question is regarding Meynell Niagara Mintap Stub & Long Lever - Spare Parts

mixing tap lever stuck

The lever on the tap has stuck closed, dispite all efforts this will not move, the grub screw in the side of the lever is missing and I am unable to remove the lever from its mount.

Should I force the lever from the body or is there an easier way to separate the sections?

Try using WD 40 to loosen up the lever. You may need to loosen of the head assembly once it is remove to solve the problem.
