water always cold

When i first turn on the shower water hot for a few seconds and then goes cold. try adjusting but water always cold. how do you identify model of safe mix types

If there is hot water getting to the valve then probably a strip down clean lube and fitting a service kit will solve the problem.

To ID the valve you just have to compare what you have with the drawings on our site

You could send us a photo.

 

To help us id this valve we need a photo with the knobs on, the knobs and cover plate/s (if it has one) removed.

If possible but not always necessary a photo of the cartridge or part required.
