water tempreture not working

My safemix thermostatic mixer valve is not working correctly the hot water is going straight through into my cold water header tank in the loft, it seems that the valve when in the off possition is still allowing the hot to go through, also i can not adjust the tempreture is to hot, i also notice one day that i shut the value off and the pump continued to work forcing the cold water through in the hot water tank what would you recommend

Weare having a problem at the moment with our ticketing system it is runningwords together, we have people working on it!!

Itsounds like the valve is not shutting off properly internally, a seal kitshould solve this however the kit is fairly expensive.
