Meynell v6 - Only cold water

I have a Meynelll v6 shower like the attached image. Over the past couple of days it has developed a fault. At first no water was coming out of it but now only cold water is coming out of it at lower than usual pressure. Hot water doesn't coming out of it at all when the temp is increased. What could the problem be? All other hot and cold water taps in the house and the bath are working perfectly fine.

Best thing to do with this is to strip it down and re grease the internals. At that time test that the www.showerdoc.com/mira-element-realm-122-70 is working.
