Removal of sleeve assy

I have removed the head assy but how do I remove the sleeve assy I do not see a nut but I see little groove cut in the centre. Do I need some sort of square bar to put into this. If so what size .

You need an 18mm Alen key which fits into the head of the sleeve assembly, or a box key with an outer dimension of approximately 18mm.
