This question is regarding Meynell Safemix V6 Exposed/Recessed Thermostatic Mixing Valve - Shower Spares

Repair advice

This is a very old version of meynell, not sure what one as was here when moved in. It’s now extremely difficult to turn on and off, you have to wiggle it back on forward until you can turn it enough around to get any hot water through. Can you advise what is needed to fix it. Two photos attached
