This question is regarding Mira Meynell Thermostatic Internals - SPSM0274J

Tre Mercati Victoria Thermostatic Valve

We bought this for client from Victorian Plumbing in November 2017. It has failed and I am told it's no available as manufacturers have closed. Is this the same item that I could cannibalise to replace the cartridge? Thank you.

If you can send a photo of the valve then there is a good chance we will be able to ID it. If you can send a of photo of the valve with the knobs and covers removed, so we can see the top part of the cartridge then there is a better chance of us identifying it and if it is possible a photo of the cartridge itself . And the fault.

I have a photo of the exterior. I could go back and take it apart for and interior shot.

This does not look like the same shower as the parts that you have looked at.
We will need to see it with the handles off.
