Mira 415

Hi I have a Mira 415 mixer shower. I'd like more pressure. I've increased the mains inflow and just recently had the boiler changed to a 9kw combi boiler the guy that changed the boiler said maybe change the cartridge? I didn't know what he meant really but is there anything I can do?

Check the head and the hose are clear as changing the cartridge will not change anything unless it was faulty.
The addition of a combi should have increased the flow already.
