Shower cartridge

Hi I bought the black cartridge from you when I stripped the shower down it was a grey cartridge the original fault was the cartridge was passing and the shower dripping constantly the black cartridge fitted and was OK for a few days but has started dripping again would this be because the cartridge is wrong?

Fitting the correct cartridge may solve the problem.
