415 difficult to turn off

I have this mira 415 shower and its not dripping when you turn it off but you have to 'fiddle it' a bit to turn it off, its not stiff but you almost have to turn it off fully then ease it back on a bit before it will stop flowing/dripping. In the mira book I have when I bought it its suggests might be the o ring or the cartridge. can you advise whether to buy the cartridge, service pack of o rings or both

thanks

The service pack will not cure this problem so you need to replace the cartridge , it can be ordered online by clicking on thge link below.
