Mira 415 - Air in Hot water supply

We have a 10 year old Mira 415 fed from a pump. Every morning we have to bleed air out of the input hot water supply. I can find no evidence of leaks in the system. Have you any ideas of the cause and the cure?

Check where the hot supply is sourced , it should be fed from an Essex or Surrey flange.
If teed into the expansion/feed pipe above the hot water cylinder it can either draw air in or if the thermostat on the tanki is too high causing aereation in the clynder this can cause this problem.
