This question is regarding Mira 723 Thermostatic Cartridge Assembly - 902.65

723 cartridge

My customer swapped the cartridge over himself, following the instructions, but he still can't get a balanced temperature. its hot when in full but when he slows the water down to nearly off the water cools down. Also he mentioned the temperature spindle moves itself? What has he done? He said its a new cartridge he has fitted, old one has a snapped spring.

The cartridge may not be positioned correctly or the parts not fitted correctly and may need to be redone.
