As expected. I watched the video on how to replace the old 'O' rings and grease the inner workings of the shower, which had become really stiff and dripped constantly. A reasonable price but worth every penny to get our shower functioning as a new one again. I saved myself heaps of money and the shower is better than ever. Great communication and a speedy delivery. One happy customer.
