This question is regarding Mira 723 - Shower Spares

723 Valve

Client. Says her 723 is not automatically adjusting the temperature whilst having a shower. and that its very hot. Its supposed to have been playing up for some time. She has children and is now preventing them from using the shower.

What is happening. Does it need a replacement cartridge or a clean & replacement seals (service kit)

Strip down clean lube and fit a service kit should solve most problems with this valve
