This question is regarding Mira 723 - Shower Spares

difficult to switch off the shower

we have a Mira 723 shower unit and although it is easy to turn on the shower, it is becoming increasing difficult to turn off the shower and turn the white knob part 14. is this likely to be part 10?

A service kit or a new cartridge may solve this problem.
