fluctuating temperature

My Mira 723 will not maintain a constant temperature. It runs very hot, then very cold and back again. This is good as it reduces my daughter's shower time, but as she's moved out it's just annoying.

Is this connected to a combi boiler? because if it is it is not reallydesigned to work with a combi.

If it is not then a strip down clean lube and fitting a servicekit should do the trick.

After the valve has beenserviced my advice would be not to let your daughter know that it has beenfixed! J
