Mira 723

I have 2 Mira 723. The regular used has a water drip. Would you recommend replacing seals or fitting a new cartridge. The other shower is only used a few times each year but I require to adjust water temperature. I removed flow knob but plastic insert is stuck on brass end of cartridge. How can I detach it without breaking it to remove temperature knob. Do you cover my area. Your assistance would be appreciated.

Fitting a service kit is the best first step with these showers.

Try spraying wd 40 onto the area, then use a pair of pliers to leaver the part off.

We only cover the area shown,
