WD 40 ?

Perhaps some gentle heat (Take care they are easy to damage)

take your time and ease it out gently.

Not an easy job .....Best of luck

Ultimately these parts can be replaced.

Hi
Thanks for the tip. I have a magnesium problem so some force was needed but succeeded eventually.

However shower running at 37 min 40 max degrees at all settings. Have adjusted once by 3 sets but made a small increase 2 degrees up but still no cold!. Hot source 49.7 degrees. Any ideas?
