This question is regarding Mira 723 - Shower Spares

Shower not turning off.

I have stripped cartridge and used maintenance pack. I have done this several times and had no problems but this time the water control keeps spinning round ( both ways ) I noticed that the corners on the brass nut on the flow piston assembly is worn , corners rounded and it seems to push in when assembling, Is there an internal O ring inside the pillar sleeve.
