Mira 8 replacement

My father has had a stroke and is having difficulty

Operating the Mira 8 knobs. Can you recommend

And ergonomic replacement that has the same pipe fitting " footprint" as the Mira 8. - unfortunately the unit is embedded in the wall, so am looking for a easy replacement in order to minimise removal of hard to replace obsolete tiles.

Something like the above maybe suitable, depending on access and existing plumbing.
