This question is regarding Mira 8 - Shower Spares

Mira 8 to Mira gam 88 convertion

Is there any conversion kits that can replace the two elbows on the Mira 8 to present a length of 15 mm copper pipe for the Mira gem 88 to fit onto?

e.g. the female fittings are still embedded in the wall and would like to us them.
