MIRA 88 Shower Parts

Hi Guys, Just in middle of sprucing up my bathroom . I am looking to replace the tired looking 'White' fittings for the MIRA 88 shower - (See Pictures Now yellow!) I want all chrome fittings or at least white ones (such as this Knob Pack if I can't find chrome) I am looking to see if you can provide the other parts - (Main shower Holder / Soap Holder / RAC Shroud ) preferably so I can just swap them out with the old parts
