Mira 88

Hi, I have a Mira 88 (exposed) which doesn't turn off completely. Water continues to drip from the showerhead constantly even when turned off. Using the service pack hasn't cured this. What is the best next step please?

Make sure that you have fitted the "O" rings in the correct way , as per the video above.
