Good afternoon, I saw the Video posted video on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJ24b7Cgums I have a few questions. 1) The Temperature knob rotates quarter turn Right, (clockwise - 90 degrees) from the centre position, which is towards the cold side. This works fine. However when I try to turn the Temperature knob anticlockwise - Left - towards the hot side , it only turn about 20 degrees, hardly moves. What woud cause this to happen? 2) Whilst the shower hot and cold water feed is attached and the water supply is on and the temperature and main knob removed, can the big brass nut be removed without water coming out ?? 3) Having removed the temperature knob, the Main Knob, I come to the large Brass nut. I have tried the hammer and the boiling water methods that is mentioned in the video but it does not come off. Any further suggestions? Many Thanks Mr Chopra Eagerly await your feedback

It just needs a service kit.

You need to turn the water off to do this.

You need the water off and the hose in the bath or shower if it has one.

Boiling water etc will not work with the water on, because the water will dissipate the heat.

And so in order

Boiling water hammer

Hot air gun hammer

Gas torch hammer Careful you don't set the house on fire

Dynamite with a long fuse!
