This question is regarding Mira 88/88B Mixer Shower Service Pack - 936.12

Shower not turning fully off

When I turn my Mira 88 off it's not quite off. There's a slight hissing sound and a little bit of water coming out. Will this service pack fix that.

The service pack is a good place to start with problems like this.

Yes a service pack should solve the problem.

 

However a slight hissing sound makes me suspect that this is connected to a combi boiler or the water mains.

The 88 is designed low pressure, however if the pressure isn’t too high it can work OK
