As a DIY plumber I found the videos very useful. On fitting the service kit I discovered a piston (not part of the kit) was damaged. The website guided me to the appropriate parts. Even with standard delivery they soon arrived. Now fitted and working better than ever. Hope we don't need to use Shower doctor again, but if we do I will order with confidence. Highly recommended.
