Mira 915 Leaking from base of tap

I have a fast drip coming from the base of the tap. Which parts do I need?

It depends on which side it is leaking from..

 

If it is the flow side then you need this seal kit.

If it is the temp then you need this kit.

If you’re doing one my advice would be to do them both at the same time.
