Advance Memory. Int not heating

Hi. I have checked all questions on here and most answers point to a faulty relay pcb. My shower has had relay pcb replaced in the past for the usual relays clicking followed by no heat and unable to switch off. New fault now is that sometimes the heat will disappear and flow will increase, service light comes on and unable to switch off. Have replaced relay pcb and found to have exact symptoms again. All five memory settings now seem wrong too. Can the control pcb be faulty? Don't want to waste money on a relay board if it is the other one causing the problem.

It may be a damaged MULTI CONNECTOR or one of the pins connecting it to the relay board is bent. If not then you can suspect the control PCB.
