Check that there is water getting to the shower, and that there is 230-240v into the shower. If so then , you can try a reset to see if that works.

Switch off the power to the shower , set the temperature dial to 9, switch on the power to the shower, within 30 seconds push the power button and the high/low button simultaneously, you should hear a beep, release the on/ off button, you should hear a second beep, release the high/low button.
The shower should now go through its commissioning process. The high /low will flash at this time. When the light stops flashing , the shower is ready to use.

If at any point other lights flash or the shower beeps then you may have a faulty pcb, flow valve or front cover.
