Mira advance flex

I have the mira flex fitted in my shower , my shower wont turn on to the medium setting and doesnt light up on display board . High and low work work ok , is my shower on its way out

You may have a faulty , www.showerdoc.com/mira-relay-board-and-wire-75-pack-406-88 , which is on its way out.
