Dripping shower

How many models are there? My shower looks quite old, square edged, but says on the front that it is an advance.

Looks like I need a flow valve assembly to sort the old bird out (shower not wife).

Are there different types? How do I establish which I require?

There are 4 different models of the Advance but they all use the same flow valve assembly which can be ordered via this link
