This question is regarding Mira Advance Flow Valve Assembly - 1643.149

mira flow valve 1643.149 (Dripping)

My shower leaks from the shower head even when turned off. Will replacing it with the above item cure this fault, and if so is it worth doing? Thanks Nigel
