Mira Pronta Dual Control Getting Colder

I have a Mira Pronta dual control shower supplied via a pump. Recently, it has been supplying colder and colder water, over the last couple of months. Reducing the pressure with the outer control results in hotter water. But every week, we have to reduce it more and more to achieve the same result. Can you advise what is wrong it?

It maybe a faulty cartridge , but you should check the inlet filters first.
